When and where the council meets
The Parish Council meets every two months, in January, March, May, July, September and November, on the second Monday of the month, in the Village Hall at 7:30pm.
The Annual Parish Meeting is held in May each year.
Occasionally there are additional meetings. These are publicised in advance on this website and on the village notice board at the Village Hall. If you want the exact date of the next meeting, check the agendas page or ask the clerk.

If it needs a decision, the clerk can put it on the agenda for the next meeting. Please send it in good time before the meeting so it can be included.

Yes. Everyone is welcome to attend. Meetings are in the Village Hall at 7:30pm on the second Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November.

Email the clerk at bucknell.clerk@gmail.com with what you would like discussed, well before the meeting date, and she can add it to the agenda.
How do I become a councillor?

Who do I contact about a pothole or a bin?
Potholes and roads are usually Oxfordshire County Council; bins and waste are usually Cherwell District Council. If you are unsure, email the clerk and she will point you in the right direction.
