Agendas and minutes

The list below runs from the newest meeting to the oldest, grouped by year. Each entry names the meeting month and the papers available: the agenda, and the minutes marked as draft or approved.

The parish council usually meets in January, March, May, July, September and November. In May there are two extra sets of papers: the Annual Parish Meeting (APM), which is a meeting for residents, and the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council (AMPC), where the council appoints its chair and sets its arrangements for the year.

Papers from earlier years are held in the archived documents section of the site. If you cannot see what you need, ask the clerk.

Each agenda and set of minutes is offered as a document you can open and download. Minutes labelled draft have not yet been agreed by the council; minutes labelled approved have been signed off at a later meeting. Where minutes were corrected before approval, they are marked as approved (amended) — the January 2026 minutes are an example.

If you would rather have a plain summary of what was decided at a particular meeting than read the full document, say which meeting you are interested in and the clerk can point you to the right item.

Agendas must be published a set number of days before a meeting, so there is a cut-off for adding items. The exact notice period for Bucknell Parish Council is not confirmed here — please check with the clerk before you send your request, and send it as early as you can.
